Landon's first road trip!

On Sunday when we were at church Walter got a text from my brother Tim asking if they could come over. They were stir crazy from being cooped up in the house with a new born. So, of course we said come on over! Landon has only been to doctor's, the hospital, and to stores but he stayed in the car with his mommy or daddy. So, it was his first trip to visit anyone and into the real world! I am so thrilled it was to see us!!! Here are some photos of the newest member of our family, Landon.

I can't believe he ate the whole thing!

We had a wonderful, crazy, busy weekend! On Saturday, we drove into Melbourne and went to the mall. We needed some clothes for the kids. Well, by the time we were done shopping it was supper time. So, we went to a gourmet deli restaurant called TooJay's. They were having this promotion going on that if you could eat a pound and a 1/2 sandwich called the Jaynormous you would be entered in a drawing to go the Palm Beach and be in the eating contest. Well, guess who tried it and he did it! Yes, that would be my Austin! For the record he said before we sat down at TooJay's he wasn't that hungry! Just imagine what he can put away when he's starving! Now, maybe most people will know why my grocery bill is so high! We were so happy and so was he!

Go green!

Just wanted to post the photos of my St. Patrick's day decor. As you can see I don't go crazy or over the top with it. I use mostly normal decor items (like candles, dishes, and greenery) in green. I don't have alot of shamrocks and leprechauns all over the place. When you use a color as you theme your house looks very festive and decorated not cheesy! I don't like cheesy decor! Cheesy jokes, yes! Not decorating items. Hope you enjoy the photos and have a nice Wednesday!

The gift of art!

I took all my Valentine's day decorations down this weekend and have put up my St. Patrick's day things. I will be posting new photos soon along with new crafts I am working on. I just wanted to share a photo of a gift my wonderful husband gave me! Walter met a man at a craft fair who makes roses out of copper tubing. They are so beautiful and unique! Just wanted to share! Love is in the air!

I am in Love! I Love a good cup of coffee just as much, ok probably more than the average bear. I Love strong coffee, flavored coffee, cappuccino, and coffee with steamed milk. (My dear, sweet, wonderful friend, Jan got me totally hooked on the coffee with steamed milk!) But I can't make steamed milk at home so, I have to go to the Town Tavern to get it. Well, even though I Love going out to get my coffee fix, sometimes I want it at home! The other day I was in Walmart and guess what I saw... that's right a coffee maker that makes coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and steams the milk. All for under $40!!! Those of you who have been pricing coffee makers lately know what a steal that is! Not to mention it is a Mr. Coffee brand name (not an off brand or store brand one) so, it should be good and not break right away! It makes perfect coffee, cappuccinos, and can steam milk in just a few seconds flat!!! So, if your in the market for a coffee maker that does more than just brew regular coffee and don't want to pay an arm, leg and half you butt go to Walmart and check out the Mr. Coffee machine. But, if you just want a good cup of coffee, cappuccino, espresso, coffee with steamed milk, come to my home and I will set you up! Thank goodness it's Tuesday!

My sweet Carissa is home again today. She is starting to feel better and her fever broke last night. I'm sure it because of the meds.. Poor baby, was in the doctor office all morning and the hospital getting tests and a cat-scan all afternoon. They determined that she has a very bad bladder infection and a small ovarian cyst. So, with the meds. she should make a full recovery very soon! Therefore, because I was so very busy with her yesterday, crafting and blogging was not an option! But, I do have a sneak peek of some the materials I am using in my next projects! I also took Donovan, for a walk in the park and took some fabulous photos to share with you all. Hope you enjoy them!
