Hello, Monday!

This is an 10x6 min book that will look wonderful on your coffee table, end table or desk. It is perfect for all those beach photos everyone in Florida has tons of! Remember to click on photos to make them larger!

This is an adorable Christmas mini book that is just the right size to put in your bag or purse so you can show off all your Christmas pictures to all your family, friends and co-workers!

Here is a floral mini brag book that can hook on to your purse or bag by the ring hook or is small enough to fit into even the smallest of purses!

I hope everyone had a wonderful and sunny weekend! We sure did. We went to Lakeland to visit my meamaw (grandma Knight) and my mom and dad on Sunday. We went shopping, to lunch at Meg O'Mally's ( an Irish pub), and to the movies in Melbourne, on Saturday. So, we have been busy and making alot of road trips! I did however find the time to work on some more scrapbooks for the Christmas craft show. Yea! I will show more pages inside my Christmas mini book and Endless Summer beach book later. Hope everyone has a happy Monday!

Sneak Peek!

Just wanted to give you all a sneak peek about what is on the inside of my Christmas mini book that I made using file folders, envelopes, and printed paper. Remember, if you want to make the photo larger, just click on it.

Took me a whole day to make it with all the cutting and folding. I hope you enjoyed looking!

Paint chips, scrapbooks and shadow boxes, oh my!

This is what my dining table and scrapbook table look like! With me trying to pick out paint colors for every room and hall way and making scrapbook things for the Christmas craft show. I do think I have picked out all the colors I want to paint my rooms and I have made three things for the craft show. So, so far so good! I took a plain denim blue 8x8 scrapbook and put a circle road and cars on it with a Dr. Suss book title on it, Oh, the places you will go. I thought it would be a wonderful vacation book or for a little boy who loves cars. I also, made a Christmas mini book out of printed scrapbook paper and file folders. It has a ton of pages, pull outs and pages that flip up and out. Last but not least, I made a Christmas shadow box out of an empty metal tin that my Prima flowers came in. All you have to do is take off the lid and put your photos in it. Enjoy!

I'm back!

Sorry, I haven't blogged in so long. I have been very busy with many projects I have going on! We are in the middle of redecorating our whole entire house. Pretty much going room by room and painting, sprucing, and getting new furniture. We are doing the living room and downstairs powder room right now. We got a brand new reclining sectional, that has the softest material I have ever felt in my life! We will be painting the living room and powder room this week. I also got new towels and decorations for it. I am so happy! That's not the only thing going on. I also tried out for the Osceola Center for the Arts Christmas Craft show. They don't take just anybody. They have to make sure your crafts are desirable and priced right. Well, they let me know I'm in. So, I've been making scrapbooks, mini books, and shadow boxes like crazy! I am also making a ton of other things but this is what I've working on lately. I promise I will keep up better with my blogging in the future! Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Guess who's 20, today!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful, brilliant, and totally off the wall son, David. Dad and I love and treasure you! You are by far the best 20 year old I have ever known! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Cardboard, woo hoo!

I love cardboard! It is so useful and versatile. I have found a new use for it in my scrapbooking! Instead of using a ton of pop dots or foam tape on large things that I want to 3d. I use 2 to 4 layers of cardboard. It gives the 3d effect I crave and is soooo much cheaper! Yea, who wouldn't love that! The Valentine page in photos above I scraped lifted from Mari at the Scrappy Boutique but, did change a few things to my style. I also used cardboard to give dimension, not one pop dot on the entire page! Enjoy!

Landon's first road trip!

On Sunday when we were at church Walter got a text from my brother Tim asking if they could come over. They were stir crazy from being cooped up in the house with a new born. So, of course we said come on over! Landon has only been to doctor's, the hospital, and to stores but he stayed in the car with his mommy or daddy. So, it was his first trip to visit anyone and into the real world! I am so thrilled it was to see us!!! Here are some photos of the newest member of our family, Landon.
